Villa Ticca is a community-based project in Quito that provides a safe and supportive space for children and youth. The initiative focuses on education, daily structure, and personal development, creating an environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported.
As a volunteer, your role is to support the daily dynamics of the project while contributing to a positive and engaging environment for the children. Your participation is centered on interaction, presence, and collaboration with the local team.
Activities are flexible and adapted to the needs of the project, the group, and the children. You may be involved in:
- Supporting children with educational activities
- Organizing games, creative workshops, and group dynamics
- Assisting during daily routines and mealtimes
- Helping create a safe and welcoming environment
- Sharing cultural exchange moments with the children
All activities are guided by local coordinators, ensuring that your contribution is meaningful, respectful, and aligned with the project’s goals.
