General overview
Help support vulnerable youth in Granada while learning Spanish in an enriching environment. This project offers before and after school educational shelter to underprivileged and at-risk youth aged 7 to 20. It also hosts Granada’s premier Spanish Language School and is a hub for cultural exchange.
The non-profit organization requires children to be enrolled in school, with parents committed to their educational path. As a volunteer, you can assist with homework, provide hygiene education, and offer motivation and attention.
The center supports around 30 children, divided into primary and adolescent groups, offering a nutritious lunch and promoting good hygiene.
The aim is to break cycles of poverty and violence, fostering positive change in their lives and communities. Children receive scholarships for education at all levels, along with learning materials, homework support, English classes, arts and crafts, sports, games, excursions, and recreational activities.
The project also conducts workshops on teamwork, leadership training, and gender equality. Volunteers are encouraged to share their talents and create workshops
